Recipe quality & evidence

Review

A real dish, a traceable source and a clear boundary between an estimate and an approved recipe.

01 / WIP

Start with the source

Recipe names and cooking programs come from the shared Smartsheet catalog. Ingredient identities, quantities and supporting sources are checked separately.

02 / Review

Check the evidence

Nutrient matches, ingredient coverage, cooked yield, serving size and proposed changes need review. Personal notes never overwrite a device recipe.

03 / Approved / Final

Release with context

Only current, approved data can support nutrition-based discovery. A new recipe version can make an older calculation ineligible until it is checked again.

What the labels mean

Source recipe
A public recipe in the On2Cook catalog. Availability does not mean a per-serving nutrition assessment is complete.
Nutrition awaiting review
Calorie or nutrient values are missing, incomplete or not yet approved. The recipe is excluded from numerical goal matches.
Reviewed personal recipe
You have checked your own ingredients and steps against a source. This is not approval from On2Cook and does not make it a machine-ready program.
Proposed adaptation
A possible ingredient or portion change for further evaluation, not a verified nutrition, allergy or cooking claim.

Approval tools are restricted to authorised On2Cook reviewers. This public overview does not expose ingredient-review records, reviewer identities or anyone's health information.
